Signs your windows are due

Most people call us for one of these:

  • Drafts: you can feel air at the frame, or one room is never comfortable.
  • Fog between the panes: the seal on the glass has failed, and it won’t clear on its own.
  • Sashes that stick, drop or won’t lock.
  • Hail or storm damage: cracked glass, dented frames, torn screens.
  • Old single-pane or aluminum windows that sweat in winter and let the heat in all summer.

What goes into a good replacement window

The windows we install have vinyl frames that never need paint and won’t rot. Dual-pane glass with a Low-E coating suits most homes: the coating reflects heat, so rooms stay cooler in summer and hold their warmth in winter. Triple-pane is available if you want to go further.

We carry Alside, ProVia, Viwinco and Wincore windows, and we’ll tell you plainly which line fits your house and your budget.

Make them match your house

  • Frame colors to match your trim (recent jobs went in white, tan and black)
  • Grids for a traditional look, or none for a clear view
  • Tilt-in sashes, so you can clean the outside glass from inside
  • Upgraded locks
  • Glass packages for less outside noise or better efficiency

What it costs

In Tulsa, OK, the typical price is $400 to $1,200 per window. Many factors affect the final price, and your free estimate gives you the exact price before any work begins.

How the install goes

We measure every opening by hand before anything is ordered. On install day we take the old window out, protect the trim and the room around it, set the new window level and square, seal it, and check that it opens, closes and locks. Then we clean up. Most homes take one to two days, and you get a timeline with your quote.

Recent window jobs

Nine hail-damaged windows on a Collinsville home in July 2026, eight windows on a two-story house in Broken Arrow that August, and black-framed windows set in red brick in Pryor. There are more on our projects page.

Common questions

How long does window replacement take?

Most homes take one to two days, depending on how many windows there are and what the openings look like once the old ones are out. You get a timeline with your quote.

Can windows be replaced in winter?

Yes. We replace one opening at a time to keep the cold out, and check the weather and the product limits before an install day.

Do I have to replace every window at once?

No. We do partial jobs too, starting with the windows that bother you most.

What makes a window energy efficient?

The glass and the seal. Dual-pane Low-E glass cuts heat transfer, and a frame set square and sealed tight stops drafts. A good window installed badly still leaks, which is why we measure by hand.
