Arched Windows in Tulsa, OK

An arched window has a curved top: a full half-round, a flatter eyebrow, or an arch on top of a taller window. If your home has them, the curve is part of its look, and the replacement should keep it.

Keep the curve you have

Many arches in older homes are the originals, and by now some have fogged, leaked or worn out. Two arches the same width can have very different curves, so we measure the rise of yours by hand and have the new one made to your opening. One that’s a little too flat or too tall leaves a gap or an uneven trim line you’d see from the driveway.

What goes under the arch

Often the arch sits over a window that opens: the arch gives the shape and the light, the window below gives the air. That window can be double-hung, single-hung or casement, whichever suits the room. Most arches are fixed; when the arch tops a taller window, the lower part can sometimes open.

Glass

Clear glass keeps the sky in view over a big window. Decorative glass dresses up an arch over an entry. Obscured glass gives a bathroom arch privacy without a curtain.

We replaced arched windows in Collinsville after hail and in painted brick in Skiatook in August 2026, and a large one in Broken Arrow in July.

Common questions

Can the replacement keep the shape of my original arch?

Yes. That’s why we measure the curve by hand: the new window is made to your opening.

What’s an eyebrow window?

An arch that’s wider and flatter than a half-round, with a gentle curve like a raised eyebrow. A half-round rises half its width.

My arch sits on a window that opens. Do both need replacing?

It depends on how they were built: sometimes they’re separate units, sometimes one frame. We’ll see which you have at the estimate.
